Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Pit Board (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and A2Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the United States.

Pit Board is a companion app for Apple TV that provides real-time Formula 1 race data, including live timing, driver standings, tire strategy, telemetry, and race calendar information. The App is designed as a second-screen experience for motorsport fans.

The App offers both free and paid (“Pro”) features. Pro features require an active subscription managed through Apple’s App Store.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using Pit Board, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian’s consent.

Pit Board does not require an account, login, or registration. No personal information is needed to use the App. Your access to Pro features is managed entirely through your Apple ID and Apple’s StoreKit subscription system.

• Free tier: Core features including live standings, race calendar, championship standings, and session results are available at no cost.
• Pro subscription: Advanced features including live timing, tire strategy, head-to-head, telemetry, and smart alerts require a Pro subscription.
• Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Pit Board aggregates publicly available motorsport data and real-time timing feeds to provide race information. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free at all times.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to access data feeds, APIs, or backend systems beyond what the App interface provides
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App

The Pit Board app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by A2Group LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Formula 1, F1, FIA, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. Apple, Apple TV, tvOS, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Pit Board is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.

We aim to keep Pit Board available during all Formula 1 sessions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that the data provided will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on information provided by the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The App integrates with Apple’s App Store and StoreKit for distribution and payments. Your use of these services is governed by Apple’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it through your Apple ID settings to avoid future charges.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and may provide notice through the App. Your continued use of Pit Board after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
